沉香化滞丸的质量标准提升研究

摘要: 目的:提升沉香化滞丸的质量标准。方法:对方中厚朴、香附和木香3味药材进行薄层色谱法(TLC)鉴别;使用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)对方中君药沉香中的药效成分沉香四醇进行定量分析。结果:用TLC鉴别厚朴、香附和木香具有较好的专属性;沉香四醇在3.507 3~35.073 4 μg·mL-1浓度范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,相关系数r=0.999 8,平均回收率99.1%,RSD等于1.3%(n=6)。结论:建立的方法操作简单、快速、准确,可用于沉香化滞丸的质量控制。

Abstract: Objective: To improve quality standard for chenxiang huazhi pills. Methods: The TLC method was used for the qualitative identification of Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex, Cyperi Rhizoma, and Radix Aucklandiae, and HPLC method was used to determine agarotetrol, which contained as the major active components of Lignum Aquilariae Resinatum. Results: TLC spots were clear, accurate and repeatable. The linear relationship of agarotetrol was good in the range of 3.507 3-35.073 4 μg·mL-1 (r=0.999 8). The average recovery rate was 99.1%, and RSD was 1.3% (n=6). Conclusion: The established method is simple, rapid, accurate and can be used for quality control of Chenxiang Huazhi pills.
