Abstract: Objective： To establish a method for simultaneous determination of geniposide and baicalin in xiaoer qingfei zhike tablets. Methods： Using dual wavelength HPLC method， the chromatographic column was Agilent ZORBAX C18(4.6 mm×250 mm， 5 μm)， mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.3% phosphoric acid solution with gradient elution， detection wavelength was 240 nm (gardenoside) and 278 nm (baicalin)， column temperature was 30 ℃， injection volume was 10 μL. Results： Geniposide and baicalin showed a good linear relationship in the concentration range of 0.081-0.65 μg·mL-1 (r=0.999 6) and 0.10-0.81 μg·mL-1 (r=0.999 7)， respectively. The average recovery rate of geniposide and baicalin (n=6) were 97.8%， 98.2% respectively(RSD 0.5% and 0.8%). Conclusion： The method is simple， accurate and has good recovery rate. It is suitable for the content determination and quality control of xiaoer qingfei zhike tablets.
