摘要: 目的:优选络石藤配方颗粒最佳提取工艺及参数。方法:以传统汤剂为参照,对比采用正交试验设计L9(34)优选的工艺和采用篮式提取优选的工艺,以络石苷转移率和干膏得率为指标,进行提取工艺的选择及参数的确定。结果:篮式提取更合适,工艺为加14倍水,煎煮3.0 h。结论:篮式提取能耗低,效率高,工艺稳定,适用于络石藤配方颗粒的产业化。

Abstract: Objective:To optimize the extraction procedure and parameter for Caulis Trachelospermi granules.Methods: In order to select the extraction process and determine the parameters,two optimized processes which were obtained by orthogonal design L9(34) and basket extraction are used for comparison. The study was based on the traditional decoction, and take extract transfer rate of tracheloside and dry extract yielding rate as markers. Results: Basket extraction is more appropriate, and the optimum extracting procedure is 14 times the water, boiling for 3.0 h. Conclusion: Basket extraction is low energy consumption, high efficiency, processs table, suitable for Caulis Trachelospermi dispensing granule industrialization.
