子宫颈癌的免疫预防

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 宫颈癌是严重威胁女性健康的生殖道恶性肿瘤。目前，我国宫颈癌有发病年轻化和发病率上升性趋势，需要建立适合我国国情的免疫防治策略。随着宫颈癌病因的明确，人乳头状瘤病毒（HPV）及其相关研究越来越受到关注。本文从子宫颈癌病因、非疫苗免疫预防及疫苗预防措施等方面予以介绍，向临床医生及相关疾控人员等传递宫颈癌的免疫预防知识。

Abstract: Cervical cancer is a gynecological malignancy of genital tract that seriously threatens women′s health. It is necessary to establish an immune prevention and treatment strategy suitable for China national conditions. As the etiology of cervical cancer is clear， HPV and its related research is attracting more and more attention. In this paper， the causes of cervical cancer， non-vaccine immunization and vaccine preventive measures are introduced， and the immunization and prevention knowledge of cervical cancer is transmitted to clinicians and related disease control personnel.
