Abstract: Coronary heart disease arrhythmia is one of the common cardiovascular diseases in the clinic. Professor Peng Xiaoping has long been focusing on the clinical practice of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of cardiovascular diseases and has extensive clinical experience.Professor Peng Xiaoping thinks arrhythmia is mainly in the heart， the etiopathogenesis causing palpitation is deregulating of ying and wei，imbalance of yin and yang，lacking of circulation of qi and blood， which cause the disease.This paper combines the typical cases with applying regulating ying and wei and cardiac rehabilitation in treating cardiac arrhythmia，analyses the clinical thinking， to master the clinical experiences of Professor Peng Xiaoping.
