蒙脱石散联合脾氨肽口服溶液对慢性腹泻患儿的治疗效果及对免疫功能的影响

摘要： 目的：研究蒙脱石散联合脾氨肽口服溶液对慢性腹泻（chronic diarrhea）患儿的治疗效果及对免疫功能的影响。方法：选取2019年1月至2020年1月我院就诊的80例慢性腹泻患儿，按照随机数字表法将所有患儿分为对照组（n=40）与联合组（n=40）。对照组患儿给予蒙脱石散进行治疗，联合组患儿在对照组治疗基础上给予脾氨肽口服溶液联合治疗。检测血清免疫球蛋白G(immunoglobulin G，IgG)、血清免疫球蛋白A(immunoglobulin A，IgA)水平，T淋巴细胞亚群指标水平，观察临床症状，统计临床治疗有效率、不良反应发生率。结果：两组患儿治疗后IgG、IgA、CD3+、CD4+水平均较治疗前升高（P＜0.05），且联合组患儿的IgG、IgA、CD3+、CD4+水平高于对照组（P＜0.05）；联合组患儿各项临床症状消失时间均早于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：蒙脱石散联合脾氨肽口服溶液治疗慢性腹泻患儿临床治疗效果较好，能改善患儿腹泻症状，增强患儿免疫功能，促进患儿病情康复。

Abstract: Objective：To study the therapeutic effect of montmorillonite powder combined with spleen aminopeptide oral solution on children with chronic diarrhea and its influence on immune function. Methods：From January 2019 to January 2020， 80 children with chronic diarrhea who treated in our hospital were selected. According to the method of random number table， they were divided into the combined group(n=40) and the control group(n=40). The control group children were treated with montmorillonite powder， and the combined group children were treated with spleen aminopeptide oral solution on the basis of the control group. The levels of serum immunoglobulin G (IgG)， serum immunoglobulin A (IgA) and T lymphocyte subsets were measured. The clinical symptoms were observed. The clinical effective rate and the incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups were counted. Results： After treatment， the levels of IgG， IgA，CD3+，CD4+ of patients in the two groups all increased (P<0.05)， and the levels of IgG，IgA，CD3+，CD4+ of patients in the combined group were higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). The disappearance time of clinical symptoms in the combined group was ealier than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion： Montmorillonite powder combined with spleen aminopeptide oral solution can achieve effect in the treatment of children with chronic diarrhea， which can improve the symptoms of diarrhea， enhance their immune function， and promote the recovery of the patient′s condition.
