Abstract: Cloud computing is a fundamental innovation and inevitable trend in the development of information technology (IT)， which promotes the improvement of IT capabilities， enables ondemand supply， and is a new business format that facilitates the full utilization of IT and data resources. At present， the global cloud computing is still in the early stage of development， and the sustainability， stability and reliability of the cloud platform built based on cloud computing technology has become a top priority for enterprises and institutions.Once the system is down due to external factors such as fire， earthquake， theft， virus， or anthropic factors such as misoperation， and cannot be recovered in time， resulting in application stoppage or data loss， it will have serious impact on the national image， social interests and people′s life. Therefore， cloud computing disaster recovery and backup (cloud disaster recovery) technology may become a key solution as an emerging approach in the disaster recovery field. Based on the current situation and policy background of Drug Administration Cloud disaster recovery and backup in China. This study outlines cloud computing， cloud disaster recovery and the necessity of cloud disaster recovery construction， summarizes the construction model basic functions， technical route and construction advantages of cloud disaster recovery， describes its application scenarios as well as the challenges it faces， proposes reflections and suggestions， in order to provide reference for promoting the innovative development of cloud computing in China.
