苯丙酮尿症研究的文献计量学分析

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的：采用文献计量学方法综合分析苯丙酮尿症（PKU）相关文献的发表特征及研究特点，以了解该领域研究现状及前沿热点。方法：计算机检索Web of Science和中国知网（CNKI）数据库，搜集PKU相关研究，检索时限均从建库至2022年3月30日。采用BICOMS2、VOSviewer1.6.10软件对纳入研究的发表时间、期刊、国家、机构和关键词等进行可视化网络图绘制，并对关键词进行聚类分析。结果：共纳入相关文献6495篇，其中中文1367篇，外文4858篇。PKU相关研究总发文量呈现上升趋势，但中文相关研究发文量较少，且2015年之后发文量呈现下降趋势。共计106个国家参与了相关研究工作，美国和中国发文量最多。中文相关研究发文量最多的机构为中日友好医院，外文相关研究发文量最多的机构为北京大学，且外文相关研究作者、国家之间合作关系紧密。关键词聚类分析结果显示，中外文研究热点类似，均聚焦于PKU的发病机制、诊断和治疗方法以及新生儿PKU筛查等方面。结论：PKU相关研究文献数量整体呈上升趋势，但中文相关研究较少，近5年发文量有下降趋势。当前的研究热点为PKU的诊断和治疗，而疾病的预后、诊断和治疗相关医疗技术等的经济性评估和证据的转化利用相关研究尚且不足。

Abstract: Objective：To comprehensively analyze the characteristics of research on phenylketonuria (PKU) by bibliometrics， so as to explore the research status and hot spots in this field. Methods： Web of Science and China National Knowledge Network (CNKI) databases were searched to collect PKU related studies from the database construction to March 30， 2022. The BICOMS2 and VOSviewer1.6.10 were used to draw visual network diagrams of the publication time， journals， countries， institutions and keywords of the included studies， and perform cluster analysis on the keywords. Results： A total of 6495 PKU related researches were included， including 1367 in Chinese and 4858 in foreign languages. The total number of PKU related research papers showed an upward trend， but the number of PKU related research papers in Chinese was less， and the number of papers showed a downward trend after 2015. A total of 106 countries participated in these researches， with the US and China had the largest number of published papers. ChinaJapan Friendship Hospital published the most number of PKUrelated researches， in Chinese， and Peking University published the most number of PKU related researches in foreign lanuage. There is close cooperation between the authors and countries of researches in foreignlanguage. The results of keyword cluster analysis showed that the research hotspots of both Chinese and foreignlanguage PKU related researches were similar， focusing on the pathogenesis， diagnosis and treatment of PKU， and neonatal PKU screening. Conclusion： The overall number of PKU related references shows an upward trend， but there are fewer PKU related studies in Chinese， and the number of published studies has a downward trend in recent five years. The current research focus is the diagnosis and treatment of PKU， however， researches on the prognosis of this disease， the economic evaluation of treatment methods， and the conversion and utilization of evidence are still insufficient.
