蒽醌类化合物抗肿瘤活性的研究进展

摘要: 癌症是一种机体细胞失去正常调控机制而失控性生长的疾病,也是一种恶性程度极高的、极易发生侵袭及转移的疾病,可发生于任何器官中的任何组织,已经严重阻碍人类寿命的提高。即使目前抗肿瘤药物的种类非常广泛,但大多数的治疗效果仍然不尽人意。不仅如此,这些抗肿瘤药物的不良反应往往给患者带来更大的痛苦。蒽醌类化合物作为一种存在于中草药中的化合物,起初被用作泻药、抗炎药;近年来,药理研究发现,其具有一定的抗肿瘤、抗病毒潜力。蒽醌类化合物已成功用于治疗多种实体肿瘤。已有研究报道,蒽醌类化合物的抗肿瘤疗效优于常规的化疗药物,其不良反应也比常规的化疗药物更小,在与化疗药物联合使用时,能降低化疗药物的使用浓度。这使得蒽醌类化合物应用于癌症的研究逐渐深入。本研究通过查阅近几年国内外文献,拟在众多蒽醌类化合物中寻找一些抗肿瘤活性作用较强,对正常细胞毒性较低的衍生物,并且从多种机制探讨其对各种肿瘤细胞的影响,以期为蒽醌类化合物在抗肿瘤领域的应用和开发提供思路。

Abstract: Cancer is a disease that the body cells lose their normal regulatory mechanism and grow out of control. It is also a highly malignant disease that is prone to invasion and metastasis. Cancer can occur in any organ or tissue, and has seriously hindered the improvement of human lifespan. Even though there are currently a wide variety of anti-tumor drugs, most of the therapeutic effects are still unsatisfactory. Moreover, the adverse reactions of these anti-tumor drugs often bring greater pain to patients. Anthraquinone derivatives, as a compound found in herbal medicine, were initially used as laxatives and anti-inflammatory drugs. In recent years, pharmacological research has found that it has certain potential for anti-tumor and antiviral effects. Anthraquinone derivatives has been successfully used to treat various solid tumors. According to relevant research reports, the anti-tumor efficacy of anthraquinone derivatives is superior to conventional chemotherapy drugs, and their adverse reactions are also smaller than conventional chemotherapy drugs. Moreover, when used in combination with chemotherapy drugs, the concentration of chemotherapy drugs can also be greatly reduced. The application of anthraquinone derivatives in cancer is gradual deepening. By reviewing domestic and foreign literature in recent years. This study aims to search for some derivatives with strong anti-tumor activity and low cytotoxicity to normal cells among numerous anthraquinone derivatives. This study will also explore the effects on various tumor cells from multiple mechanisms and in order to provide ideas for the application and development of anthraquinone derivatives in the field of anti-tumor.
