静注人免疫球蛋白（pH4）有效期变更研究

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的：基于延长静注人免疫球蛋白（pH4）有效期由24个月变更至36个月，开展稳定性考察，进一步提升药品质量，确保患者用药安全，缩短血浆衍生药物供需差距。方法：3批商业规模生产的静注人免疫球蛋白（pH4）在（5±3）℃条件下进行长期稳定性考察，分别在0、3、6、9、12、18、24、36、42个月进行取样检测，观察不同时间点的产品质量指标变化。其中0、12、24、36、42个月按照质量标准进行全项目检验，其他时间点进行部分项目检验。结果：3批静注人免疫球蛋白（pH4）在42个月内各考察时间点的质量指标均符合《中华人民共和国药典》（2020年版）。结论：长期稳定性考察结果能够支持静注人免疫球蛋白（pH4）有效期变更至36个月。

Abstract: Objective：To conduct the stability testing based on extending the expiration date of the human immunoglobulin (pH4) for intravenous injection changed from 24 months to 36 months.The aim is to further improve the quality of drugs， ensure the safety of patients， shorten the gap between supply and demand of the plasma-derived medicinal products.Methods：Long-term stability test of three batches of human immunoglobulin (pH4) for intravenous injection is under（5±3）℃， sampling in 0，3，6，9，12，18，24，36 and 42 months to observe the change of product quality indexes at different time points. At 0，12， 24，36 and 42 months， full inspection is according to the quality standards. Part inspection is at other time points.Results：The quality of three batches of human immunoglobulin (pH4) for intravenous injectionsampled each test time point within 42 months are according to the quality standard in Chinese Pharmacopoeia (2020). Conclusion：The results of long-term stability test can support the expiration date change of human immunoglobulin (pH4) for intravenous injection to 36 months.
