八珍汤治疗老年髋部骨折围手术期贫血的理论分析与应用研究

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 近年来，老年髋部骨折患者的数量不断增加。作为老年髋部骨折患者所面对的主要并发症，围手术期贫血的治疗值得关注。八珍汤是中医治疗气血亏虚的经验名方，长久以来用于治疗各种气血两虚证。八珍汤及其加减方，可有效改善老年髋部骨折围手术期贫血患者临床症状，提高生活质量，且具有良好的安全性，疗效确切。其作用机制与调节神经内分泌因子、影响免疫调节，抑制细胞凋亡，最终促进造血有关。本研究从理论、临床以及实验等方面阐释八珍汤治疗老年髋部骨折围手术期贫血的研究进展，阐释八珍汤在治疗本病的应用现状并对未来发展方向加以思考。在病证结合原则指导下，以证候研究为突破口，以期揭示八珍汤的综合疗效机制，精准把握其临床应用并提高其疗效。

Abstract: In recent years， the number of elderly patients with hip fractures is increasing. As a major complication faced by elderly hip fracture patients， the treatment of perioperative anemia deserves attention. Bazhen decoction is an experienced and famous prescription for treating Qi and blood deficiency in traditional Chinese medicine. It has been used to treat various Qi and blood deficiency syndrome for a long time. Bazhen decoction and its modified formula can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and quality of life of elderly hip fracture patients with perioperative anemia， and has good safety and definite efficacy. Its mechanism of action is related to regulating neuroendocrine factors， affecting immune regulation， inhibiting apoptosis， and ultimately promoting hematopoiesis. This study reviewed the research progress of Bazhen decoction in the treatment of perioperative anemia of elderly hip fracture patients from theoretical， clinical and experimental aspects， explained the application status of Bazhen decoction in the treatment of this disease and thought about the future development direction. Under the guidance principle of combining disease and syndrome， the study of syndromes is expected to reveal the comprehensive therapeutic mechanism of Bazhen decoction， accurately grasp its clinical application and improve its therapeutic effect.
