摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的:采用高效液相色谱法对视力健咀嚼片中原花青素的含量进行了测定.方法:采用高效液相法,色谱柱:迪马公司产Diamonsil C18柱(4.6mm×200mm,5μm),柱温:25℃,流动相:V( 乙腈):V(水)=8:92,检测波长:280nm,进样量:10μL,流速:1ml/min.结果:原花青素在(0.32~2.56)mg/mL范围内具有良好的线性关系,回收率为98.71%,RSD=0.76%(n=6).结论:本方法简便、快速、准确、可靠,可用于视力健咀嚼片中原花青素的含量测定的方法.

Abstract: Objective:The content of oanthocyanidins in shilijian chewable tablets was determined by HPLC.Methods:The determination was carried out with C18 column(5μm;150mm×4.6mm) with the mobile phase of 8% acetonitrile and 92% water.The column temperature,flow rate and detection wavelength were 25℃,l ml/min and 280 nm respectively.Results:There was a good linear relationship between absorption and proanthocyanidins content within the range of(0.32~2.56) mg/mL.Recovery rate and RSD of the method were of 98.71 % and 0.76%.Conclusion:This method is simple,fast,accurate and reliable to be suitable for etermination of proanthocyanidins content in Shilijian Chewable Tablets.
