Abstract: Objective： To discuss the curative effect and clinical value of retroperitoneoscopic renal pedicle lymphatic disconnection for treatment of chyluria. Methods： The retrospective analysis of 30 cases of chyluria in our hospital from September 2016 to September 2018 was performed. Our study included 11 males and 19 females. All of the patients were diagnosed with chyluria，all patients were treated with retroperitoneoscopic renal pedicle lymphatic disconnection.The operative time， blood loss， operative complications， postoperative hospitalization time， postoperative bowel function recovery time， drainage tube extraction time and postoperative follow-up results were analyzed. Results： The operation of all the patients was successful， without damaging vital organs and blood vessels， and there was no change to open surgery. The mean operative time was (91.63±13.52)min， range 50-171 min. The mean intraoperative blood loss was (30.53±6.25)mL， range 20-50 mL.The Mean hospital stay after surgery was (6.5±1.43) d，range 5-10 d.The Mean recovery time of intestinal function was (22.5±4.21) h，range 12-48 h.The mean drainage tube extraction time was (4.2±1.36) d，range 3-5 d. All patients were followed up by telephone.The mean postoperative follow-up time was(11.6±2.34)month，range 1-24 month. None of the patients relapsed. Conclusion：The effect of retroperitoneoscopic renal pedicle lymphatic disconnection for the treatment of chyluria is satisfactory and it has high safety.
