摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的：回顾性分析门诊药物咨询服务情况，提高医院药事服务质量，增强患者用药的依从性，促进医院临床药学的发展。方法：采用帕累托图法，对我院2017年1月1日至2018年12月31日的门诊用药咨询记录进行统计分析。结果： 1 192例记录中，咨询者身份以患者及家属居多（87.25%）；咨询者年龄多集中在45~65岁（57.89%）；咨询对象中女性（56.88%）相对男性（43.12%）偏多；特殊人群用药咨询以孕产妇居多。帕累托图分析结果显示，药品名称与成分、用法用量和价格构成用药咨询内容的主要因素；中成药、心血管系统药物、消化系统药物、内分泌系统药物、抗微生物药物和中枢神经系统药物构成咨询药物类别的主要因素。结论：药师为患者提供优质的药物咨询服务，有助于促进临床合理用药。

Abstract: Objective： To improve the quality of hospital pharmacy services，enhance patient medication compliance and promote the development of clinical pharmacy in hospital. Methods： Pareto chart was used to statistically analysis outpatient medication consultation records from January 1， 2017 to December 31， 2018 in our hospital. Results： In 1 192 cases， patients and their families were the majority of the consultants (87.25%). The age of consultants was concentrated between 45 and 65 years old (57.89%). The proportion of women (56.88%) was more than the men(43.12%). Pregnant women were the majority in the medication consultation of special population. Pareto chart analysis results showed that drug name and composition， usage and dosage， drug price were the main factors of drug consultation content. Chinese patent medicine， cardiovascular system drugs， digestive system drugs， endocrine system drugs， antimicrobial drugs and central nervous system drugs were the main factors of consultation drug categories. Conclusion： Pharmacists providinge drug counseling service for patients is helpful for the clinical rational drug use．
