摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的:探讨使用反相高效液相色谱法测定他克莫司血药浓度的可行性。方法:采用DiamonsilC色谱柱,以为乙腈:0.2%磷酸溶液:四氢呋喃(55:40:5)为流动相,流速1.0ml/min,柱温30℃。计算方法:相对回收率、绝对回收率、日内精密度以及日间精密度。结果:他克莫司血药浓度在1.32～16.0mg/ml范围内线性关系良好,平均加样回收率为103.2%。结论:本法简便、迅速、准确、易行,适用于临床他克莫司血药浓度的监测,同时为基础研究提供基础。

Abstract: Objective:To explore the use of reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography method for the determination of the blood concentration of tacrolimus feasibility.Methods:The Diamonsil C column,think of acetonitrile:0.2% phosphoric acid solution of tetrahydrofuran(55:40:5) as mobile phase,flow rate of 1 ml/min,column temperature 30℃.Method:the relative recovery,absolute recovery,days of precision and between-day precision.Results:The blood concentration of tacrolimus in 1.32 ～ 16.0mg/ml within a good linear relationship,the average recovery was 103.2%.Conclusion:This method is simple,rapid,accurate,and feasible,is suitable for clinical blood concentrations of tacrolimus monitoring,at the same time as the basic research foundation.
