摘要: 人才培养模式改革是高等职业院校教育改革的重要环节。为增强职业教育的适应性,培养高素质复合型创新型技能人才,针对学历证书与职业技能等级证书培养相互独立、与“1+X证书制度”紧密关联的学分制改革进展缓慢、学生学习动力不足等问题,我校通过优化完全学分制、构建模块化的课程体系,重构课程标准,并开发了“书证合一”的课程资源,课程内容模块化;同时,引入全国职业院校技能大赛的考核标准,以赛促教、以赛促学,全面提高人才培养质量和学生综合职业能力。这一创新模式不仅满足了职业教育的需求,还培养了适应现代社会发展的高素质复合型创新型技能人才。本研究以“护理康养”专业群为例,介绍我校在1+X证书制度试点过程中所面临的挑战以及采取的创新措施,以期为其他高职院校的护理专业群人才培养提供有益的参考和借鉴,以推动职业教育的进一步发展。

Abstract: Talent training model reform is a crucial aspect of higher vocational education reform. In order to enhance the adaptability of vocational education and nurture highly skilled and innovative professionals, and in view of the problems such as the academic certificate and vocational skill level certificate training are independent of each other, slow progress in credit system reform closely associated with the “1+X certificate system”, and the lack of study motivation of the students, our college has optimized the credit system, established a modular curriculum framework, reconstructed course standards, developed integrated course resources that combine academic and vocational certificates and made the curriculum modular. Additionally, our college have introduced the assessment criteria of the national vocational college skills competition to promote teaching and learning through competition, thereby comprehensively improving the quality of talent cultivation and students′ comprehensive vocational abilities. This innovative model not only meets the demands of vocational education but also nurtures highly skilled and innovative professionals adapting to the development of modern society. This article takes the “Nursing and Health Care” specialty group as an example and discusses the challenges faced by our college during the pilot process of the “1+X certificate system”, as well as the innovative measures adopted, so as to provide valuable references and insights for talent cultivation in the nursing specialty group of other vocational colleges, and to further promote the development of vocational education.
