摘要:

目的:通过文献计量学的方法分析我国中药监管的研究热点和发展趋势,为推动我国中药监管科学持续发展提供参考。方法:在中国知网、维普数据库检索20052023年发表的中药监管的相关文献,对检索结果进行分析。结果:中药监管研究发文量总体呈增长态势,2019年后进入快速发展阶段,核心研究群体以中国食品药品检定研究院、中国中医科学院等机构为主体,研究热点随政策推动逐步演变:早期聚焦中药饮片质量、安全性及不良反应监测,2019年后转向中药监管科学体系构建,重点关注科学监管、全生命周期管理及智慧化技术应用。关键词共现与突现分析显示,研究热点从传统质量监管向多学科交叉融合转变,涉及监管科学、人工智能、区块链技术等前沿领域。结论:当前中药监管科学需强化多学科协同创新,完善全生命周期监管技术标准,推动政产学研用深度合作,加强智慧化监管工具研发,以应对中药传承创新发展中的复杂挑战,助力构建具有中国特色的中药科学监管体系,为中药监管科学发展提供参考。

Abstract:

Objective: To analyze the research hotspots and development trends of "traditional Chinese medicine TCM regulation" in China through bibliometric methods and provide references for promoting the sustainable development of TCM regulation science in China.Methods: Relevant literatures on TCM regulation published from 2005 to 2023 were retrieved from CNKI and VIP databases and the retrieval results were analyzed.Results: The number of published papers on TCM regulation research generally showed an increasing trend and entered a rapid development stage after 2019. The core research groups were mainly composed of institutions such as the National Institutes for Food and Drug Control and the China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences. The research hotspots gradually evolved with the promotion of policies in the early stage the focus was on the quality safety and adverse reaction monitoring of Chinese herbal pieces. After 2019 the research shifted to the construction of the TCM regulation science system with key attention paid to scientific regulation full life cycle management and the application of intelligent technologies. The co-occurrence and burst analysis of keywords showed that the research hotspots had shifted from traditional quality regulation to the cross-integration of multiple disciplines involving frontier fields such as regulation science artificial intelligence and blockchain technology.Conclusion: At present TCM regulation science needs to strengthen multi-disciplinary collaborative innovation improve the technical standards for full life cycle regulation promote in-depth cooperation among the government universities research institutions industries and users and strengthen the research and development of intelligent regulatory tools to address the complex challenges in the inheritance innovation and development of TCM. This will help to build a scientific TCM regulatory system with Chinese characteristics and provide references for the development of TCM regulation science.
