摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的:探讨鼻内镜对萎缩性鼻炎伴发鼻窦炎的治疗效果。方法:以2009年1月至2011年1月期间本院收治的32例萎缩性鼻炎伴慢性鼻窦炎患者为研究对象,给予患者鼻窦内镜手术,术后以海口标准对治疗效果进行评。结果:32例患者,治愈4例,好转15例,无效13例,治疗总有效率为59.375%。结论:萎缩性鼻炎患者易伴发慢性鼻窦炎,功能性鼻窦内镜手术是治疗萎缩性鼻炎伴发慢性鼻窦炎的常用方法,但治疗总有效率仅为59.375%,效果较差,手术中应注意保留鼻窦的正常粘膜和可逆的病变粘膜。

Abstract: Objective:To investigate nasal endoscopic atrophic rhinitis associated with treatment of sinusitis.Methods:our hospital from January 2009 to January 2011,32 cases of atrophic rhinitis in patients with chronic sinusitis study,patients endoscopic sinus surgery,postoperative standard in Haikou on the assessment of treatment effects.Results:32 patients,four cases cured,improved in 15 cases and 13 cases,the total effective rate of 59.375%.Conclusion:Patients with atrophic rhinitis easy with chronic sinusitis,functional endoscopic sinus surgery is a commonly used method for the treatment of atrophic rhinitis associated with chronic sinusitis,but treatment is only 59.375% efficiency,less effective,surgery should be care to preserve the normal sinus mucosa and reversible lesions of mucous membranes.
