摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的:探讨超声乳化白内障吸除术(Phaco)临床治疗闭角型青光眼的疗效,为闭角型青光眼的临床诊治提供参考依据。方法:对我院收治的120例闭角型青光眼患者行超声乳化白内障吸除术,比较患者治疗前后视力改变情况。结果:患者术后视力<0.1者12例(8.00%),0.1-0.3者14例(9.33%),0.3～0.5者47例(31.33%),>0.5者77例(51.34%);术后最后一次随访150眼眼压均在13-18mmHg范围。术后患者平均前房深度3.05～4.05(3.75±0.55)mm,与术前比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后患者150眼房角均具有不同程度的加宽。结论:应用超声乳化白内障治疗闭角型青光眼疗效显著,可解除患者瞳孔阻滞、提高患者视力,有效控制眼压,术后并发症少,值得临床推广使用。

Abstract: Objective:To investigate the efficacy of phacoemulsification cataract extraction in addition to surgery(phaco) clinical treatment of angle closure glaucoma,provide a reference for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of angle-closure glaucoma.Methods:Our hospital,120 cases of angle-closure glaucoma underwent phacoemulsification cataract gettering technique,to compare patients before and after the visual changes.Results:in patients with visual acuity <0.1 in 12 cases(8.00%),0.1~0.3,14 cases(9.33%),0.3~0.5 in 47 cases(31.33%),> 0.5 in 77 cases(51.34%);after surgery last The first follow-up intraocular pressure of 150 13-18mmHg range.The average postoperative anterior chamber depth,3.05-4.05(3.75 ± 0.55) mm compared with the preoperative difference was statistically significant(P <0.05);postoperative patients with 150 angle with different degree of widening.Conclusion:phacoemulsification cataract treatment of angle-closure glaucoma is effective,can be lifted in patients with pupillary block,and improve visual acuity,effective control of intraocular pressure,fewer complications,is worthy of clinical use.
