Abstract: Objective:The clinical bone disease in patients with compartment syndrome,early use of aerobic saturation detection methods for detection,analysis of the detection method of the clinical value.Methods:In our hospital from August 2009-August 2011 by the forearm or lower leg fractures treated patients,collected from 240 patients studied were randomly divided into two groups of 120 people,one group will be set to control group,the clinical patient’s compartment syndrome,the clinical performance of the naked eye;another group set to the experimental group,patients given the clinical monitor oxygen saturation testing,analysis of the two groups of patients with limb hypoxia type of fracture oxygen saturation,hypoxia in patients with various types of the fractures,the patient’s diagnosis,treatment rates,and early care situation.Results:The analysis revealed that the experimental group of patients with compartment syndrome of the diagnosis to be higher in patients,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).And the tibia and fibula fracture is the most prone to limb hypoxia,and physical health of a comparison,P<0.05.Conclusion:The oxygen saturation test can predict the patients the possibility of compartment syndrome,and for doctors to provide an accurate clinical judgments,and the operation is simple and effective,reduce the financial burden of patients.
