PBL教学法在内科护理教学中的应用效果研究

摘要: 目的:探讨以问题为导向的教学方法(problem-based learning,PBL)在内科护理学教学中的应用价值,提高内科护理学教学质量。方法:以2010级86名护理专科学生为观察组,观察组采用PBL教学法进行护理内科教学,并以以往采用常规方法教学的2009级84名护理学生为对照组组,比较两组教学效果。结果:观察组教案设计评价结果优于对照组,其中教学内容与教学大纲相符度评价为(92.53±12.70)分,对照组为(79.52±17.50)分,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(u=15.732,P=0.000)。观察组学生理论考试成绩为(89.57±17.26)分,对照组理论考试成绩为(72.20±15.71)分,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(u=19.160,P=0.000)。结论:PBL教学法有效提高了护理内科教学效果,值得临床推广。

Abstract: Objective:To study direction of problems with the teaching method of their days-based(PBL),in the medical care to learn the teaching application value,improve nursing teaching quality medical.Methods:To level 2010 86 nursing undergraduate students for the observation group,the observation group using PBL approach to care medical teaching,and to the conventional method of past teaching level 2009 84 nursing undergraduate students for control way,compared with two groups teaching effect.Results:The observation group lesson plan design evaluation results better than control group,including the teaching content and the teaching outline of evaluation conform to(92.53 ±12.70)points,compared with(79.52 ±17.50)points,comparative differences between groups were statistically significant(u = 15.732,P= 0.000).The observation group students’ theoretical examination results for(89.57 ±17.26)points,and the control group theory examination results for(72.20 ±15.71) points,comparative differences between groups were statistically significant(u = 19.160,P= 0.000).Conclusion:PBL method effective improve the care medical teaching effect,worth clinical promotion.
