Abstract: Objective: Through the use of different containers,in different temperature by adding 1% potassium tellurite solution and streptomycin solution prepared from streptomycin sodium lauryl sulfate potassium tellurite agar(double wash plate) were analyzed and compared,reiterated in the preparation of double wash plate of a good grasp of the importance of several key links.Methods:To use glass containers the preparation of double wash plate(not adding 1% potassium tellurite solution and Streptomycin Solution) as blank control panel,and then use glass containers and metal containers(non stainless) containing boiling double sugar agar two each,a high temperature 80 degrees adding 1% potassium tellurite solution and streptomycin solution made flat,and another at the low temperature of 55 degrees to 1% potassium tellurite solution and streptomycin solution made flat.Results:The glass container for preparation,and in 55 degrees of adding 1% potassium tellurite solution and Streptomycin Solution double wash plate color closest to the blank control flat color,others are blank control plate with different colors.Conclusion:The preparation of double wash plate to be used when the glass container,and should be in the low temperature around 55 degrees by adding 1% potassium tellurite solution and streptomycin solution,to ensure the quality reliability of double wash plate.
