摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的:探讨健康促进工作在健康体检中的应用效果以及开展措施。方法:选取在我院健康体检人员800例,平均分成两组,对照组予以常规体检方式和观察身体健康状况;试验组患者除常规体检外,医生根据其个体情况进行医疗评估以及辅助检查,并根据相应的医疗检查做出医疗诊断。结果:试验组患者对自身体质了解情况达到全面了解的有83%,而对照组患者只有60.3%;对照组患者的体检满意度为74.0%,试验组为91.3%,两组比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:健康促进在健康体检中有着重要作用。患者不仅充分掌握自身机体情况,且提高了对医护人员的工作满意度,促进医院工作的顺利开展。

Abstract: Objective:To study the health promotion in the healthy check-up of the application effect and carry out measures.Methods:The physical examination personnel in our hospital in 800,average into two groups: control group to conventional medical and health way observing body;The medical group in addition to routine patients,doctors to its individual situation of medical evaluation and auxiliary examination,and according to the corresponding medical check to make medical diagnosis.Results:Patients to their own constitution group know the situation to the overall understanding is 83%,and only 60.3% patients;In the patients in the medical satisfaction was 74.0%,the group is 91.3%,two groups of comparisons difference determined was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Health promotion in the healthy check-up has the important effect.Patients not only fully grasp the body itself,and improve the medical staff job satisfaction,promote the smooth development of hospital work.
