低剂量CT扫描对诊断小儿颅脑病变的应用及防护价值

Diagnostic and Protection Value of Low-dose CT Scan In Children with Brain Lesions

摘要: 目的:观察低剂量CT扫描在小儿颅脑病变诊断中的应用及防护价值。方法:选取高度怀疑存在颅脑病变的85例患儿全部予以CT常规剂量及低剂量扫描复查,低剂量CT扫描的单次扫描CT剂量加权指数由常规剂量扫描的20.25mGy降低至6.75mGy,比较二者在其辐射剂量的差异以及对疾病的定量、定性诊断方面的差异。结果:两种扫描剂量的检查后均显示有32例存在颅骨骨折;常规剂量CT扫描共检出78例颅内病灶;低剂量CT扫描共检出77例颅内病灶,两种扫描剂量在病灶显示数量以及定性诊断方面分别比较,P均>0.05,差异不具有统计学意义;在单发病灶的边缘形态情况方面,两组扫描剂量的显示完全相同。结论:低剂量CT扫描技术具有与常规剂量CT扫描相同的临床判读可靠性,又可有利于患儿脑部的辐射保护,故在小儿颅脑病变的诊断与防护方面有重要的应用价值。

Abstract: Objective:To observate low-dose CT scans in children with brain lesions and protective value.Methods:A high index of suspicion in the presence of brain lesions in 85 patients all of them conventional CT dose and low dose scans,low dose CT scanning in a single scan CT dose-weighted index by the conventional-dose scan 20.25mGy reduced to 6.75mGy compare both in their differences in radiation dose and disease quantitative and qualitative differences in diagnosis.Results:After the inspection of the two scanning dose showed 32 cases of skull fracture;conventional-dose CT scans detected 78 cases of intracranial lesions;low-dose CT scans detected 77 cases of intracranial lesions,two scanning dose in the lesion show the number of qualitative diagnosis were compared,P>0.05,the difference was not statistically significant;in the edge shape of the single lesion,two sets of scan dose identical.Conclusion:The low-dose CT scanning technology with conventional-dose CT scans with the same clinical interpretation of reliability,but also conducive to children with brain radiation protection,it is important application value in the diagnosis and protection of children with brain lesions.
