Abstract: Objective:To discuss the effect and application of comfortable nursing care in Senile Asthma.Methods:In our hospital from 2009 August to 2010 August,a total of 100 cases of bronchial asthma in elderly patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,the control group with routine nursing,the observation group received comfort nursing,comparing the two groups of patients with nursing effect.Results:The observation group in the physiological,psychological,social,soul comfort satisfaction was significantly higher than that in control group,P<0.05.And in the observation group treatment compliance,nursing satisfaction and recurrence within 1 years was significantly better than the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Comfortable nursing can show the humanistic idea,in favor of asthma in the elderly patient comfort and satisfaction rate,relapse prevention,worthy of clinical application.
