摘要: 目的:分析智能呼吸机的常见故障和维修方法,为更好维修呼吸机提供借鉴。方法:以我院2005年1月~2011年5月75次故障维修为样本,研究了智能化呼吸机的故障分析及对策。结果:流量传感器故障占比最高,达到53.33%,其他障碍合计占46.67%。故障原因以空气压缩机输气管路漏气为主,占42.50%,其他原因的障碍合计占57.50%。结论:掌握智能呼吸机的工作原理,仔细检查和分析故障原因是排除呼吸机各类故障的关键。

Abstract: Objective:To analyze the common faults of countermeasures and providing useful references for repairing intelligent ventilator.Methods:75 failures in our hospital from January 2005 to May 2011 maintenance for the sample of intelligent ventilator failure analysis and countermeasures.Results:The failure of flow sensor reached 53.33%,other obstacles accounted for 46.67%.The main reason is the leakage of air compressor gas transmission pipeline accounted for 42.50%,other causes of accounted for 57.50%.Conclusion:Mastering the working principle of intelligent ventilator and careful examining the reasons of fault is the core of excluding various types of fault.
