摘要: 目的:探讨胸腹腔镜联合手术治疗食管癌的临床疗效及安全性。方法:60例食管癌手术切除治疗患者,随机分为对照组(传统三切口食管癌切除术)和观察组(胸腹腔镜联合手术)。结果:与对照组相比,观察组术中出血量、拔管时间、住院时间、肺部感染率均显著减少,P<0.05。结论:胸腹腔镜联合手术治疗食管癌的近期手术效果显著,术后并发症少,具有较高的治疗安全性。
Abstract: Objective:To study the clinical efficacy and safety of combination of thoracoscopy and laparoscopy operation for the treatment of esophageal carcinoma.Methods:The 60 cases of esophageal cancer operation excision were randomized into the control group (traditional three cut esophageal carcinoma resection) and the observation group (combination of thoracoscopy and laparoscopy operation). Results:Compared with the control group, the operation time, bleeding volume, extubation time, hospitalization time and lung infection rate were significantly reduced in the observation group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of combination of thoracoscopy and laparoscopy operation for esophageal carcinoma has the significant operation efficacy with less postoperative complications and higher safety.
