摘要： 目的：探讨放化疗联合深部热疗对晚期食管癌患者的近期疗效。方法：选取我院70例晚期肺癌患者，随机分为对照组和联合组。比较两组患者的近期治疗效果和不良反应情况。结果：对照组临床有效率和疾病控制率分别为62.86%和77.15%，联合组临床有效率和疾病控制率分别为85.71%和97.14%（P＜0.05）；联合组患者骨髓抑制、胃肠道反应和放射性食管炎发生率显著低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：放疗联合深部热疗治疗晚期食管癌近期疗效明显，且不良反应少。

Abstract: Objective: To investigate the short-term clinical research of deep hyperthermia combined with chemoradiotherapy in the treatment of advanced esophageal cancer.Methods:A total of 70 cases of patients with advanced esophageal cancer were selected and randomly divided into control group and experiment group.The short-term clinical effect and adverse reaction between two groups were compared.Results:The effective rate and disease control rate in combination group were 62.86% and 77.15%, and those in control group were 85.71% and 97.14%(P＜0.05); compared with the control group,the incidence of bone marrow suppression, gastrointestinal tract reaction and radiation esophagitis were lower in experiment group (P＜0.05). Conclusion:Deep hyperthermia combined with chemoradiotherapy could improve short-term clinical effect in patients with advanced esophageal cancer, and had a positive effect in decreasing the adverse reaction.
