摘要: 【摘要】目的:分析前白蛋白检测在抗结核药物致肝损伤中的应用。方法:随机选择2012~2015年我院住院或门诊肺结核病抗结核治疗出现肝损伤患者200例(A组)和未出现肝功损害患者200例(B组),比较两组一般状况,对比前白蛋白等生化指标在抗结核全程中变化差异。结果:A组年龄显著高于B组,差异有显著性(P<0.05),A组营养不良、长期饮酒/酗酒显著高于B组,差异有显著性(P<0.05),A组男性显著高于B组,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。在肝功能出现异常过程中,前白蛋白,相对于其他指标更据有敏感性(P<0.05)。结论:通过联合检测血清PA、CHE、TBA等生化指标并分析患者一般状况条件,可以作为需抗结核病预防性保肝的人群的筛查指标。

Abstract: 【ABSTRACT】Objective: To analyze the application of prealbumin detection in liver injury induced by antituberculosis drugs. Methods: Randomly selected 2012 to 2015 in our hospital hospital or outpatient pulmonary tuberculosis antituberculosis treatment of liver injury in 200 patients (group A) and does not appear 200 cases of patients with liver damage (group B), compared the two groups in general situation, the comparison of albumin and other biochemical index in the whole course of antituberculosis variable difference. Results: The age of group A was significantly higher than that in group B, and the differences were significant (P<0.05), a group of malnourished, long-term drinking / alcoholism was significantly higher than that in group B, the difference is significant (P<0.05), group A of men was significantly higher than that of group B, and the difference is significant (P<0.05). Prealbumin abnormal process, occurring in the liver function, compared with other indexes according to sensitivity (P<0.05). Conclusion: Through the combined detection of serum PA, CHE, TBA and other biochemical indexes and analysis of patient general condition conditions can be as antituberculosis prevention of hepatoprotective population screening index.
