摘要： 【摘要】目的：探讨闭合复位钢板内固定与传统切开复位内固定术治疗下肢复杂骨折的疗效。方法：下肢复杂骨折患者120例随机分成两组，各60例。对照组采用传统切开复位内固定术治疗，观察组采用闭合复位钢板内固定术治疗。比较两组的手术时间、切口长度、失血量、骨折愈合时间、两组患者治疗的优良率和围手术期并发症的发生情况。结果：观察组患者下肢功能恢复明显高于对照组（P＜0.05)。观察组切口长度、失血量、骨折愈合时间、围手术期并发症总发率明显少于对照组（P＜0.05或P＜0.01)。结论：闭合复位钢板内固定治疗下肢复杂骨折具有创伤小、下肢功能恢复快，并发症少特点。

Abstract: 【ABSTRACT】Objective: To explore the curative effect of closed reduction internal fixation and traditional open reduction and internal fixation in the treatment of complex fracture of lower limb. Methods: 120 cases of complicated fracture of lower limb were randomly divided into two groups, each of 60 cases. The control group was treated with traditional open reduction and internal fixation, and the observation group was treated with closed reduction and internal fixation. Compared the operation time, incision length, blood loss, fracture healing time, two groups of patients in the two groups of patients with excellent rate of treatment and the occurrence of perioperative complications. Results: Patients with lower extremity functional recovery was significantly higher than the control group(P＜0.05). The incision length, blood loss, fracture healing time and complications in the observation group were significantly less than those in the control group (P＜0.05 or P＜0.01). Conclusion: Closed reduction and plate fixation for the treatment of complex fractures of lower extremity has the characteristics of less trauma, faster recovery of lower limb function and less complications.
