摘要： 【摘要】目的：分析鼻腔鼻窦内翻性乳头状瘤应用CT和MRI的诊断价值。方法：以102例病理检查确诊为鼻腔鼻窦内翻性乳头状瘤患者为研究对象，分别使用CT和MRI检查，对比CT和MRI检查结果与病理检查结果。结果：CT扫描可清晰显示NIP边界、NIP与鼻腔和鼻窦关系；MRI扫描可观察鼻腔鼻窦内黏膜及潴留分泌物，可清晰显示肿瘤及周边软组织关系。97例（95.1%）患者的CT检查分期符合病理检查结果，100例（98%）患者的MRI检查分期结果符合的病理检查结果，CT和MRI扫描分期符合率差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论：CT和MRI诊断NIP的价值较高，联合CT和MRI检查可提高疾病诊断率。

Abstract: 【ABSTRACT】Objective: To analyze the application of inverted papilloma of the nasal sinuses turn sexual CT and MRI diagnostic value.Methods:To 102 cases of pathological examination diagnosis of patients with inverted papilloma of the nasal sinuses turn sex as the research object,using CT and MRI respectively,contrast CT and MRI findings and pathological examination results.Results:CT scan can clearly show the NIP boundary,the NIP and nasal cavity and sinus relationship; MRI scans can observe the nasal sinuses mucosa and retention of secretions,relationship can be clearly shows that the tumor and surrounding soft tissue.97 patients (95.1%) of CT examination in installment in accordance with pathologic examination results,100 patients (98%) of the MRI staging results conform to the pathological examination results,CT and MRI scanning stage coincidence rate difference has no statistical significance (P＞0.05).Conclusion:CT and MRI diagnostic value of the NIP is higher,combination of CT and MRI can enhance the disease diagnosis rate.
