摘要： 【摘要】目的：探讨非埋入式不植骨上颌窦提升牙种植技术的临床效果。方法：选择121例运用非埋入式不植骨上颌窦内提升术行上颌后牙区种植修复患者为研究对象，回顾性分析其临床资料。结果：所有患者均顺利完成手术，随访1～3年，植入的160颗Straumann种植体中，157颗存留，存留率为98.13%。结论：非埋入式不植骨上颌窦提升牙种植术效果显著。

Abstract: 【ABSTRACT】Objective: To study the clinical effects of dental implantation technique of non submerged implant placement in maxillary sinus lifting.Methods:Choose 121 cases using the embedded type not bone graft in the maxillary sinus lift line of maxillary teeth after planting repair patients as the research object,the clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.Results: All patients were successfully completed surgery and were followed up for 1 to 3 years,implanted 160 Straumann implant,left 157,remaining at a rate of 98.13%.Conclusion:The effect of implantation of maxillary sinus with non submerged implants was significant.
