Abstract: Abstract: objective: to study the analysis of the pelvic fractures caused by posterior urethral stricture improperness in the curative effect of holmium laser surgery and open surgery.Methods: from February 2012 to February 2012 were 80 cases of pelvic fractures with posterior urethral stricture patients as the research object, combined with the need of study, were randomly divided into control group and observation group, the observation group of 36 cases were treated by holmium laser cavity treatment, control group of 44 cases of patients underwent surgical treatment, open surgery to 15 months of follow-up of 2 groups, intraoperative blood loss, then the 2 groups of patients, operation time and postoperative urethral expansion times, etc were analyzed.Results: the combination of our statistical analysis, in terms of cure rate, control group was 86.3%, the observation group was 83.3%, two groups of contrast, no significant (P > 0.05), the intraoperative blood loss, surgical time and complications, the length of time the contrast aspects.The observation group were less than the control group (P < 0.05).Conclusion: through our study, in the pelvic fractures caused by the surgical treatment of patients with posterior urethral stricture, compared with open surgery, lumen holmium laser technique has simple operation, short and fewer complications, and many other advantages, shall promote the use, for the treatment of patients with complex urethral stricture, you should use open surgery.
