Abstract: [Abstract] objective: to analyze the early application of Chinese medicine fumigation, the curative effect of external treatment of closed fracture.Methods were randomly selected from the hospital from January 2013 to January 2015 in 50 patients with closed fracture, and according to the different treatment methods, divided into research group (25 cases) and control group (25 cases).In control group patients' clinical, early reset the application of conventional western medicine treatment, patients in the group, the early application of Chinese medicine fumigation, topical treatment, compared two groups of patients with clinical efficacy.The result for the team in patients, clinical after treatment with early Chinese medicine fumigation, external treatment, clinical curative effect is good, compared the two groups was statistically significant difference (P < 0.05).Conclusion in the clinical treatment of closed fracture, early application Chinese medicine fumigation, topical treatment, not only improve the clinical curative effect, also can promote patients fracture restore, play a positive treatment effect.
