检测Slug基因在宫颈癌组织和宫颈正常组织中的表达及其在诊疗宫颈癌中的价值

摘要: 摘要:目的:探讨检测Slug基因在宫颈癌组织和宫颈正常组织中的表达及其在诊疗宫颈癌中的价值。方法:选取我院在2013年3月—2015年3月收治的40例宫颈癌患者作为实验研究对象,并将其作为实验组,再选取40例宫颈正常组织作为对照组,采用定时定量PCR方法对两组实验对象进行检测,比较分析宫颈癌组织与宫颈正常组织中的Slug基因相对表达量,分析这种基因与宫颈癌在临床上病理参数的相关性。结果:实验组患者的Slug基因相对表达量为(4.69±1.13)×10

Abstract: Abstract: Objective: To investigate the expression of Slug gene in cervical carcinoma and normal cervical tissues and its value in the diagnosis and treatment of cervical cancer. Methods: in 40 cases of cervical cancer patients from March 2013 to March 2015 were as study object, which is selected as the experimental group, and 40 cases of normal cervical tissue as the control group, using quantitative PCR method to detect two groups of subjects, comparative analysis of relative expression of Slug gene in cervical carcinoma and normal cervical tissues, the correlation analysis on the clinical pathological parameters of this gene and cervical carcinoma. Results: the relative expression of Slug gene in the experimental group was (4.69 + 1.13) I * 10, the relative expression of Slug gene in control group was (1.32 + 0.31) x 10 I, the relative expression of Slug gene in the experimental group were significantly higher than the control group, the two groups have great difference, P<0.05. The relative expression of Slug gene in tissues of experimental group patients with cervical node metastasis and International Obstetrics and Gynecology alliance with the lymph, and the relationship between the larger, P<0.05; and Never mind, age, tumor size and differentiation degree of P>0.05.. Conclusion: Slug gene in cervical cancer relative expression has significantly increased, and has good value in the diagnosis of cervical cancer that is a good method for detection and diagnosis, is worthy of popularization and application.
