摘要： 【摘要】目的：探讨剖析急性呼吸困难患者床边即时脑利钠肽检测的应用价值。方法：抽取60例急性呼吸困难患者纳入本文研究，病例到院就诊时间2013年6月～2015年8月，应用荧光免疫法对患者血浆脑利钠肽进行检测，同时实施超声心动图检查等，对比不同类型的呼吸困难患者脑利钠肽水平。结果：和肺源性呼吸困难患者相比，心源性呼吸困难患者脑利钠肽水平高（P＜0.05）。经分析，心源性呼吸困难患者血浆脑利钠肽和左室舒张末期内径之间为正相关，和左室射血分数为负相关。结论：经床边即时脑利钠肽检测可对急性呼吸困难进行较为合理地鉴别诊断。

Abstract: 【ABSTRACT】Objective: Analysis on the application value of patients with acute dyspnea bedside detection of brain natriuretic peptide.Methods:The selected 60 cases of patients with acute dyspnea were included in this study.Patients to the hospital time June 2013 and 2015 August,using immunofluorescence method on plasma brain natriuretic peptide were detected,while the implementation of echocardiography and contrast of different types of dyspnea in patients with cerebral natriuretic peptide levels. Results:Compared with patients with pulmonary dyspnea,cardiogenic dyspnea in patients with brain natriuretic peptide level (P＜0.05).By the analysis of cardiac dyspnea patients with plasma brain natriuretic peptide and left ventricular end diastolic diameter of positive correlation between,and left ventricular ejection fraction was negatively correlated.Conclusion:The bedside detection of brain natriuretic peptide can reasonably differential diagnosis of acute dyspnea.
