摘要： 【摘要】目的：探讨机械通气联合支气管肺泡灌洗应用治疗呼吸衰竭患者的效果。方法：收集呼吸衰竭患者共86例，根据平行、单盲、随机对照的设计原则分为对照组（43例）和观察组（43例），对照组患者接受机械通气治疗，而观察组则联合使用支气管肺泡灌洗。结果：观察组患者治疗后的动脉血氧分压、二氧化碳分压、pH值、氧饱和度等血气分析指标均明显优于对照组。结论：机械通气联合支气管肺泡灌洗治疗呼吸衰竭疗效确切，机械通气时间显著缩短，降低了并发症发生率，有助于患者的康复和预后。

Abstract: 【ABSTRACT】Objective: To investigate the effects of mechanical ventilation combined with bronchoalveolar lavage in the treatment of respiratory failure.Methods:Collected a total of 86 cases of patients with respiratory failure,according to the parallel,single blind,randomized controlled design principle divided into control group (43 cases) and observation group (43 cases),patients in the control group treated with mechanical ventilation in the treatment of,and the observation group combined with bronchoalveolar lavage.Results:Patients in the observation group after the arterial oxygen branch pressure,carbon dioxide pressure,pH,oxygen saturation,blood gas analysis indexes were significantly higher than those in the control group.Conclusion:Mechanical ventilation combined with bronchoalveolar lavage in the treatment of respiratory failure is effective,mechanical ventilation time was significantly shortened,and reduce the incidence of complications,contribute to the rehabilitation and prognosis of patients.
