摘要/Abstract

摘要： 【摘要】目的：探讨颅脑外伤并发癫痫患者的预防和治疗方法。方法：我院神经外科2012年2月～2014年1月期间收治的颅脑损伤继发癫痫患者47例，对原发疾病进行治疗，再给予预防和控制癫痫发作的保守治疗。结果：全部患者癫痫发作均得到有效控制，住院期间均未出现跌倒、坠床等意外及再发癫痫。经1年随访复发2例（4.26%）。结论：积极处理原发疾病，积极预防、控制癫痫发作，是颅脑外伤后继发癫痫的重要处理原则。

Abstract: 【ABSTRACT】Objective: To investigate the methods of prevention and treatment for patients with traumatic brain injury complicated with epilepsy. Methods: 47 patients with secondary epilepsy after craniocerebral injury were treated in our hospital from February 2012 to January 2014.The primary diseases were treated with conservative treatment. Results: All the patients were controlled effectively, and no accident, such as falling, falling, and no recurrence of epilepsy occurred during the period of hospitalization.2 cases (4.26%) were followed up for 1 years.Conclusion:Active treatment of primary disease, active prevention and control of epilepsy, is an important treatment of secondary epilepsy after craniocerebral trauma.
