摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的：探讨临床护理路径在神经内科脑卒中失语患者中的建立及应用效果。方法：将我院神经内科住院患者中符合纳入标准的81例患者随机分为观察组43例，对照组38例，对照组按神经内科护理常规进行护理，观察组在对照组的基础上实施临床护理路径。比较两组患者入院21d后的失语程度、抑郁程度、平均住院日和患者满意率。结果：入院21d后两组患者失语程度、抑郁程度的改善情况均具有统计学差异(P＜0.05)；两组患者满意率、平均住院日均具有统计学差异(P＜0.05)。结论：在脑卒中患者的治疗和护理过程中应用护理临床路径，可以明显改善患者的失语症状，减少住院周期，提高患者的满意度。

Abstract: Objective：To explore the establishment and application effect of clinical nursing pathway in patients with stroke aphasia. Methods：We recruited 81 eligible patients from our hospital and divided them into observation group with 43 cases and control group with 38 cases. Two groups were both treated with nursing routine. The observation group applicated clinical nursing pathway on the basis of the control group.Compared the two groups′ severity of aphasia， the degree of depression after 21 d of hospitalization and the average length of stay and patients′ satisfaction. Results：After 21 d of hospitalization the severity of aphasia and the degree of depression were significantly different than that in the control group(P＜0.05)； both of the two groups′ average length of stay and patients′ satisfaction were significantly different than that in the control group(P＜0.05). Conclusion：Establishment and application effect of clinical nursing pathway in patients with stroke aphasia could significantly improve the patients′ severity of aphasia，shorten the hospitalization duration and improve patients′ satisfaction rate.
