摘要： 目的：探讨甲氨蝶呤（MTX）联合米非司酮治疗异位妊娠的疗效。方法：选取我院2010年1月至2016年12月收治的异位妊娠患者36例，采用甲氨蝶呤联合米非司酮进行治疗。结果：本组36例患者经治疗后治愈18例、好转12例、无效6例，总有效率为83.3%。与治疗前相比，治疗后患者的血β-HCG 水平、血孕酮水平及包块大小均明显降低。治疗后，患者出现胃肠道反应6例（16.7%）、白细胞减少0例（0.0%）、肝功能异常5例（13.9%）、肾功能异常7例（19.4%），总发生率为50.0%。结论：局部注射甲氨蝶呤结合米非司酮治疗异位妊娠的临床疗效显著，可显著降低β-HCG水平、血孕酮水平及包块大小，预后较为良好，安全性较高。

Abstract: Objective：To explore the curative effects of methotrexate（MTX） combined with mifepristone in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy.Methods：36 cases of ectopic pregnancy treated in our hospital from January 2010 to December 2016 were selected and treated with methotrexate combined with mifepristone.Results：After treatment，18 cases were cured，12 cases were improved and 6 cases were ineffective that the total effective rate was 83.3%.After treatment，the levels of serum β-HCG and serum progesterone and the size of the mass were significantly reduced than those before treatment.After treatment，there were 6 cases with gastrointestinal reaction (16.7%)，0 case with white blood cell reduction，5 cases with abnormal liver function (13.9%)and 7 cases with abnormal renal function(19.4%)that the total rate was 50%.Conclusion：Injection of methotrexate combined with mifepristone of the clinical curative effect in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy is significant，which can significantly reduce the level of β-HCG and blood progesterone and the size of the package，at the same time.
