摘要: 近年来,食品安全问题已经越来越得到世界各国的关注,借助物联网技术,可以为食品安全提供一定的保障。基于GS1的物联网构架,通过解析服务、目录服务和信息服务,为食品追溯提供了解决方案。本文提供了一种基于GS1 EPCIS的物联网网络数据库服务(iotIS)在食品安全追溯领域中使用的应用模型,包括如何将CBV核心词汇用于食品安全追溯;如何解决食品安全中各方关心的检测数据、召回过程跟踪;如何使用iotIS提供面向企业、监管者和消费者的各类应用场景。

Abstract: In recent years,more and more attention has been paid to the issue of food safety in the world. With the help of Internet of things(IoT)technology,food safety can be guaranteed.Internet of Things based on the framework of GS1, can provide a solution for food traceability by the services of analysis, directory and information. This study provides an application model of b Internet of things database service(iotIS)based on GS1 EPCIS in the field of food safety traceability, including how to utilize CBV core vocabulary in food traceability; how to solve the detection data and recall process tracking concerned by all parties in food safety; and how to use the iotIS to provide various application scenarios for enterprises, supervisor and consumers.
