Abstract: Objective:To evaluate the accuracy of high frequency color doppler ultrasonography in diagnosis and differential diagnosis of breast cancer.Methods:Use(5~10)MHz high frequency and color doppler observation the plane ultrasonographic,Kinetic parameters、 Resistance index and Spectrum form of the blood flow and vessels,And then analysis and diagnosis them.Results:98 cases of Breast cancer patients,75 cases of patients with benign tumors,23 cases of patients with malignant tumor,but there are 4 cases patients with benign tumors were misdiagnosised.Conclusion:Use of color doppler ultrasonography to observe the plane ultrasonographic of breast tumor,blood vessels form and blood flow can provide an accurate basis to diagnosis and differential diagnosis the benign or malignant of breast tumor.This is the preferred method of clinical diagnosis.
