摘要: 二元醇质体是一种新型经皮给药载体,可认为是一种特殊的脂质体,与普通脂质体相比,二元醇质体中添加了较高浓度的醇(乙醇、丙二醇),形成渗透性、皮肤滞药量及包封率更好的脂质囊泡,其凝胶制剂更优,并具有优良的稳定性和皮肤耐受性,因此,二元醇质体成为近几年经皮给药研究的热点。本文在其透皮机理、性质、特点、应用及研究前景方面进行简单综述。

Abstract: Binary ethosomes is a novel transdermal drug delivery carrier, which can be considered as a special liposome. Compared with ordinary liposomes, higher concentrations of alcohol (ethanol, propanediol) were added to binary ethosomes to form lipid vesicles with better permeability, skin drug retention and encapsulation efficiency. The gel preparation is better. Because of its excellent stability and skin tolerance, binary ethosomes has become the focus of transdermal drug delivery in recent years. In this paper, the transdermal mechanism, properties, characteristics, applications and research prospects of binary ethosomes were briefly reviewed.
