Abstract: Tracking methodology is a new quality management tool， which has been widely used in hospital accreditation and management in recent years. In order to explore the application effect of tracking methodology in hospital drug management system， this study describes the definition and classification of tracking methodology， summarizes its application status in hospital drug management system， analyzes the application characteristics of tracking methodology， and gives corresponding suggestions， in order to provide references for the comprehensive promotion of tracking methodology. The results show that the tracking methodology has achieved good results in the management of hospital drug system， and it is beneficial to improve the long-term mechanism of hospital quality management by combining with normalization application of other quality management tools.
