Abstract: Objective： To provide references for the exploration and development of online drugstore′s “shop in shop” business mode， and to provide suggestions to supervise this mode for drug administration departments. Methods： Using inductive deduction， analogical reasoning， abstract generalization and analysis synthesis， the management model of “shop in shop” in online drugstores was studied and interpreted from the perspective of legal analysis. Results and Conclusion： Through a comprehensive analysis of the rights and obligations relationship among the parties in this model， this paper explores the basic legal relationship between the parent store (hereinafter referred to as “B2C online drugstore”， B2C： business to consumer） and “store shop” (hereinafter referred to as “special counter”)， the risk of qualification examination， distribution and drug quality， prescription drug sale violation， information advertisement examination and so on， and put forward corresponding countermeasures and supervision ideas in view of the above risk so as to provide reference for the operators and supervision departments in practice.
