摘要

百部具有悠久的药用历史,具有止咳、抗结核、抗炎、抗菌杀虫、抗肿瘤等药理作用,临床应用广泛,有关其药效和产品研发等一直是研究热点。目前尚缺少关于百部古今功效、临床应用和现代药理学研究的关联性分析。本研究对古今书籍中有关百部功效的记录、2020版《中华人民共和国药典》含有百部的成方制剂及相关功效进行整理归纳;同时通过文献梳理并结合CiteSpace对文献关键词进行可视化分析,对百部现代药理学研究进行总结,进而明确百部古今应用的主要功效及研究热点,以期为阐明百部的功效活性和为进一步产品开发、临床应用等提供参考。

Abstract

 Baibu has a long history of medicinal use and has pharmacological effects such as cough suppressant anti tuberculosis anti-inflammatory antibacterial and insecticidal anti-tumor etc Widely used in clinical practice its efficacy and product development have always been research hotspots. However there is currently a lack of correlation analysis between the efficacy clinical application and modern pharmacological research of the Bai Bu ancient and modern. Therefore this article summarizes and organizes the records of the efficacy of Bai Bu in ancient and modern books the formulations containing Bai Bu in the 2020 edition of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia and the related patent efficacy indications. At the same time through literature review and visualization analysis of literature keywords using CiteSpace a summary of the 100 modern pharmacological studies was conducted to clarify the main functional roles and current research hotspots of the 100 ancient and modern applications. In order to clarify the efficacy and activity of Baibu and provide reference for further product development and clinical applications.
