Bibliometrics Research on Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Lung Cancer in Recent 10 Years

目的：分析近10年中医药治疗肺癌的中英文文献研究热点，为中医药治疗肺癌提供科学参考。方法：检索近10年（2014—2024年）Web of Science（WOS）英文文献和中国知网（CNKI）中文数据库中的中医药治疗肺癌研究文献，纳入英文文献2 539篇，中文文献5 891篇。利用VOSviewer 1.6.20和CiteSapce 6.3.R1两种文献计量学工具对相关文献的作者、关键词等进行可视化分析。结果：通过中英文文献对比分析显示：①该领域的研究人员以国内学者田建辉、许玲发文量居多，英文文献以许玲发文量最多。②中英文发文机构集中于国内高校，其中北京中医药大学和上海中医药大学在文献发表数量上位居中首位。③国家地区间合作分析：中国美国在该领域研究活跃。④中文文献的关键词分析显示其研究热点集中在化疗、中医药、生活质量、数据挖掘等，英文文献集中在细胞凋亡、分子表达、中医药等。结论：中英文文献研究侧重点不同，但多学科协作已成为肺癌治疗的发展趋势，名医经验日益受到学者关注，表明中医药治疗肺癌将通过多学科协作，实现中西医结合精准治疗。

近10年中医药治疗肺癌的文献计量学研究
Objective： Based on bibliometric techniques， this study aims to analyze the research hotspots of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） in treating lung cancer in both Chinese and English literature over the past decade， providing scientific references for TCM in the treatment of lung cancer.Methods： We retrieved TCM-related lung cancer research literature from the Web of Science （WOS） English database and the China National Knowledge Infrastructure （CNKI） Chinese database from 2014 to 2024. A total of 2 539 English and 5 891 Chinese articles were included. Two bibliometric tools， VOSviewer 1.6.20 and CiteSpace 6.3.R1， were used to conduct a comparative analysis of the authors， keywords， and other aspects of the relevant literature in both languages.Results： Through the comparative analysis of Chinese and English literature， it was found that： ① The researchers in this field are mainly domestic scholars， with Tian Jianhui and Xu Ling having the highest publication volumes in Chinese literature， and Xu Ling having the highest in English literature. ② The institutions publishing the most articles are domestic universities， with Beijing University of Chinese Medicine and Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine ranking first in both Chinese and English literature. ③ The analysis of international cooperation shows that China and the United States are the most active in this field. ④ The keyword analysis of Chinese literature indicates that the research hotspots are mainly focused on chemotherapy， TCM， quality of life， and data mining， while English literature focuses on apoptosis， molecular expression， and TCM.Conclusion： The research focuses of Chinese and English literature are different， but multi-disciplinary collaboration has become a development trend in lung cancer treatment. The experiences of famous doctors are increasingly attracting scholars' attention. The diagnosis and treatment based on syndrome differentiation by famous doctors and the development of drugs such as Kanglaite indicate that TCM in treating lung cancer will achieve precise treatment through multi-disciplinary collaboration and integration of traditional and modern medicine.
