摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的:采用RP-HPLC法测定峨嵋双蝴蝶中齐墩果酸的含量.方法:采用Hypersil ODS2柱(250×4.6 mm),流动相为甲醇:1.0%冰醋酸水溶液(94:6),检测波长为210nm,流速为0.5ml/min.结果:齐墩果酸分别在(0.40～4.00)μg (r=0.9992),范围内峰面积与质量浓度呈良好的线性关系;齐墩果酸的平均回收率(n=6)分别为 99.90%(RSD=0.04%).结论:此方法简便,准确、重复性好,可适用于峨嵋双蝴蝶药材中齐墩果酸的质量控制.

Abstract: Objective:The contents of oleanolic acid in Tripterospermum cordatum(Migo)H.Smith was determined by RPHPLC.Methods:The HPLC system consisted of Hypersil ODS2(250×4.6 mm),mobile phase of methanol-1.0% acetic acid apuenous solution(94:6) mixture,with detection at 210 nm,flow rate 0.5 mL/min.Results:The linear ranges of oleanolic acid were(0.40～4.00) μg,r=0.9992,respectively,The recoveries(n=6) were 99.90%(RSD 0.04%) for oleanolic acid.Conclusion:The method is simple,accurate and with good reproducibility,for quality control of Tripterospermum cordatum(Migo)H.Smith.
