摘要: 目的:优化金银花中绿原酸超声提取工艺。方法:应用正交实验设计优化绿原酸的超声提取工艺,采用高效液相色谱法测定绿原酸含量。结果:影响超声提取绿原酸的因素为溶剂类型>预处理>提取时间>物料比。最佳超声提取工艺是60%乙醇为溶剂,物料比1:30,提取时间45min,远红外微波1min。结论:超声微波应用于金银花中绿原酸的提取、具有提取率高、省时、高效、节能等优点。

Abstract: Objective:To optimize the ultrasonic extraction process of chlorogenic acid from honeysuckle.Methods:Design orthogonal test to optimize the ultrasonic extraction process of chlorogenic acid,and measure the amount of chlorogenic acid by High Performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).Results:The order of factors that affect the chlorogenic acid extraction process was solvent type > pretreatment > extraction time > material ratio.In optimal ultrasonic extraction process,60% ethanol is solvent,material ratio is 1:30,and extraction time is 45min,with far infrared microwave 1min.Conclusion:Application of ultrasonic microwave to the chlorogenic acid extraction process results higher extraction rate,saves time and energy,which is more efficient.
