摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的:优化药物治疗的各个环节,降低药疗差错率。方法:采用六西格码管理的循环改进法(即DMAIC模式),包括:定义、评估、分析、改进、控制5个步骤,分别找出关键点,分析造成药疗差错的主要因素,制定解决问题的措施,然后加以控制。结果:干预后处方差错及给药差错得到明显的降低,分别从0.524%、0.11%降低到0.397%与0.088%(P<0.05);总体的药疗差错事件得到显著的降低,从0.6643%降低到0.5062%。结论:六西格玛质量管理体系理论应用于药疗差错监控系统,有效降低我院的药疗差错率,收效明显。

Abstract: Objective:To optimize each link of medication and reduce the ration of medication error.Methods:Using the 6σmanagement cycle Improvement Act(DMAIC model),including 5 steps of define,measure,analyze,improve,control,can find out the key point respectively,analyze of the main factors causing medication errors,formulate measures to solve the problem,and then control it.Results:After the intervention the rates of prescription errors and medication errors are obviously reduced,respectively,from 0.524%,0.11% to 0.397% and 0.088%(P<0.05);overall medication errors events are significantly reduced from 0.6643% to 0.5062%.Conclusion:The application of the 6σquality management theory in the medication errors monitoring system can reduce the ration of our hospital medication error,with apparent effects.
